The ISEEE 2025 Symposium will be held at the Faculty of Automation, Computers Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Dunarea de Jos University of Galati, Stiintei Street, No.2, Y Building.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

• Special session and tutorial proposals based on the set of the abstracts of the papers - June, 6.
• Notification of special sessions acceptance and further details - July, 28.
• Submission of full papers (of 4 or 6 pages) as pdf and MS Word files, to be presented at Lecture - September, 27.
• Notification of acceptance/rejection - October, 17.
• Camera-ready version of the accepted papers and registration forms -October, 22.

Initial submission

According to the IEEE Publication Services and Products Board (PSPB) policy, all the IEEE content will be screened to avoid plagiarism. IEEE provides the premier plagiarism detection tool CrossCheck.

All contributions should be submitted by web upload only as full papers (not only the abstract).

For the MS Word and LaTex templates (A4 format) provided by IEEE eXpress Conference Publishing please visit:

Your document is in A4 format (210 x 297 mm, 8.27 x 11.69 inches) and 4-6 pages long (4-6 pages are included in regular fee, but extension till max 10 pages is possible after additional payment of 50 EUR per extra page).

File format is PDF.

Your PDF file is within 5 MB size limit.

Your paper is NOT page numbered. NO footnotes. NO headers.

All graphics have sufficient resolution and are legible on-screen.

Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.

    Creating your PDF eXpress Account

• Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress™ site.
• First-time users should do the following:

1. Select the New Users - Click Here link.
2. Enter the following:
   • 67817X for the Conference ID
   • your email address
   • a password
3. Continue to enter information as prompted.
4. Provide IEEE Xplore®-compatible PDFs to IEEE Meetings, Conferences & Events (MCE).
5. All PDFs to be included in IEEE Xplore® (e.g. title page, copyright page, author index, etc.) should be validated through PDF eXpress for Xplore compatibility.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
Do not change the name of the IEEE PDF eXpress file.

• Access the Publications Support Center for IEEE PDF eXpress.

6. Fill and Sign the eCopyright Form (It is integrated in the EasyChair). See also the Copyright notice below.
7. Submit the camera-ready paper, IEEE compatible PDF(s), to the EasyChair, before the deadline of October 22, 2025.
8. Submit the camera-ready paper, IEEE compatible PDF(s) and MS Word, and the Copyright form by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the paper ID in the subject line. The deadline for these is October 22, 2025.
9. Pay the registration fee for all participants, before October 27, 2025.

Note: The accepted papers with a missing of any of the four items (IEEE compatible PDF, eCopyright, registration form, and received/paid fee) could generate the rejection of the papers from the ISEEE 2025 program and proceedings!
