Meeting room for the first day will be Aula Magna, building AE, Domnească street, no. 111.
Technical sessions will be held the second day at building Y, 1st floor, Științei street, no. 2.
Please remember that the presentations, including Q&A, will be aproximatly 15 minutes long.
Lunch breaks will be held at Campus Științei, building J, close to building Y.
Gala dinner will take place at Vega Hotel, 1st floor, Marea Unire Boulevard, no. 107 at the end of the first day.
The social event will be onboard KaptanM ship and will consist of a boatride on the Danube, during this time we will feast on local fish speciality (special dietary requirements can be available on demand).
